Xmarks скоро умрет — кто его может заменить?

Пользуюсь Xmarks уже более 3-х лет, но только что получил письмо следующего содержания:

Вопрос сообществу — что можно использовать для синхронизации.

Требования такие:

— Синхронизация паролей и вкладок (безопасная)

— Наличие профилей

— Синхронизация между браузерами Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari

— Работа на платформах WinXP и MacOS 10.6
